Job Description Description:

Interview process:

  • Looking to hire trainee engineers and graduate trainees for both core/non-core roles. They’ll have a probation/training period of 6 months where they act as shadow resources. Post that, they’ll be absorbed into their respective BUs, based on their performance during the training period and act as billable resources. CTC offered is 3.5 LPA and the selected candidates would be offered INR 15,000/- per month during the 6 months training period.
  • For MBA: CTC for MBA students would be 3 LPA the training period would be of 12 months after which they will be confirmed as employees of Suneratech. Till then they’ll have the designation of trainees.
